Successful applicant of a rental property is usually asked by the broker or lessor to sign a rental agreement, also known as a rental agreement, before they can move in. To rent or rent in many apartment buildings, a tenant (also called a „reader”) is often required to provide proof of tenant insurance before signing the tenancy agreement. There is a particular type of homeowner insurance in the United States specifically for tenants – HO-4. This is commonly referred to as tenant or tenant insurance. Some agencies may even apply for a loan that matures if the car is not returned in order that is often maintained in the form of a credit card authorization – cancelled if the car is returned by agreement.
A tenant should be told that he or she is responsible for parking or traffic violations on the vehicle for the duration of the rental.
